PURPOSE: An X-ray inspection device for a battery is provided to reduce costs and time by simultaneously inspecting several objects and to improve test accuracy by rotating the objects. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray inspection device for a battery comprises a case(1), an X-ray tube(200), and a detector(300). The X-ray tube irradiates X-rays. The detector inspects an object. A sliding door is formed in the front of the case. A sensor is formed on the side surface of the sliding door. A table(100) is formed between the X-ray tube and the detector and has a fixed table, a y-axis movable table, an x-axis movable table, and a tray. A mounting frame for the object is formed in the tray. |
