PURPOSE: A method and a device for manufacturing a spiral stator core are provided to efficiently increase yield by reducing the amount of wasted materials by blanking an electric steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A blanking unit blanks an electric steel plate and divides two groups of base materials. An accumulator unit(3) is comprised of a hopper, a first servo motor, and a second servo motor and stores two groups of base materials supplied from the blanking unit in the hopper. A winding unit winds two groups of base materials with a spiral core. A varnish coating unit(5) coats varnish on the surface of a spiral core. An insulator combination unit combines the insulator with the spiral core coated with the varnish. A sleeve combination unit(7) combines the sleeve inside the inner hole of the insulator.
