<p>The coupler (1) has a base body housing (2) comprising half shells, and a cable passing through a through-opening (3) of the base body housing. A cable strap (13) is provided in a through-opening region, and comprises a cable tape (13a) and a latching element for adjustment of the cable. The cable strap is integrally placed at one of the half shells of the base body housing, and an adapter element is provided for receiving the cable with diameter of 8 to 11 mm within the region of the through-opening.
