The invention relates to combination of piston engine with piston pump and rotor drive. A mover has working pistons and pump pistons that are connected by rods to two-sector lever. To that lever a piston-rod of drive of spark- and gas distribution mechanisms of the mover is connected. The pump is connected to rotor drives by pipes with valves and cocks with possibility of rotation of rotor drives into different directions with controlled rate and deceleration of those. The invention promotes smooth control of rate of rotation of rotor drives.
