PURPOSE: A system and a method for processing call between a home network subscriber and a visited network subscriber are provided to allow a roaming subscriber to receive the benefits relating to communication fee through the application of domestic communication fee instead international communication fee. CONSTITUTION: A visitor network terminal transmits an originating call to an originating MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(S501), and the originating MSC requests routing information from a GLR(Gateway Location Register)(S503). The GLR request the routing information from an HLR(Home Location Register)(S505), and the HLR confirms whether or not an originator and a receiver are in the same network(S507). The HLR requests the routing number from the GLR(S509), and the GLR requests the routing number from a receiving MSC(S511). The originating MSC performs the call setup for the receiving MSC(S521).
