PURPOSE: A method for implementing call forwarding service implementation between a wired telephone and a wireless telephone by using cell based location information is provided to perform communication through one communication terminal according to a mobile environment of a user by using the cell location information of a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: Cell location information is obtained from a service provider server. If current location is identical to an appointed cell location, the mobile terminal obtains a phone number corresponding to designated cell location. The mobile terminal creates a short message for a request related to a service of call forwarding to the phone number, and the call forwarding to the wired phone is performed.
