PURPOSE: A composition and a structure of humidity-control mortar and paint are provided to secure the excellent profitability and functionality of a humidity-control product. CONSTITUTION: A formation method of a humidity-control wall using a composition of humidity-control mortar and paint comprises the following steps: spreading the humidity-control mortar to the wall of a building; and spreading a humidity-control composition containing 50~120 parts of diatomite by weight, 100 parts of cement by weight, and 20~35 parts of resin binder by weight, on the mortar.
