PURPOSE: A heating line for an electric device is provided to prevent the generation of a fire due to of the fire due to an electric leakage by forming a polyvinylchloride layer on the outer surface of a thin film layer. CONSTITUTION: A copper wire core(50) is made of a copper wire and a second insulation layer. The second insulation layer is formed in the outer surface of the copper wire. A heating line(60) generates a magnetic field which has the phase difference of 180° from the magnetic field which is generated from the copper wire. A grounding line bypasses an electric field to the ground. The grounding line is made of a plurality of iron wires or copper wires. A thin film layer(80) is electrically connected to the grounding line in order to shield the leakage of an electric field. A polyvinylchloride layer(90) is formed in the outer surface of the thin film layer. |
