<p>PURPOSE: To provide an ignition lance equipped at top of blast furnace, which suppresses ignition defects by easily varying tilting and length of the ignition lance and supplying heat source and air smoothly at the same time and enables ignition to be formed at an accurate ignition point by actively coping with level of charging material. CONSTITUTION: In an ignition lance supported to a lance frame(100) and charged into a furnace top ignition port as the ignition lance is being slid along a lance guide(110) to ignite gas in a blast furnace, the ignition lance equipped at top of the blast furnace comprises first, second and third pipes(120,130,140) installed such that they can be extracted in multistage as they are being sealed by inner and outer stoppers(160a,160b); a flexible pipe(180) connected to a part of cut length of the first pipe through flanges(170a,170b); a support(200) connected to the flanges by hinge and fixed to an assembly of the first, second and third pipes such that the assembly of the first, second and third pipes is extended and contracted by an air cylinder(190); a winch(220) fixed to the lance frame and equipped with hose drum(230) and wire drum(240); a coke oven gas supplying rubber hose(232) coiled on the hose drum and extended to a front part of the third pipe along the inside of the pipes; an air line(250) which is parallel to the rubber hose and extended to the front part of the third pipe along the inside of the pipes such that the air line is extracted in multistage in the same shape as the first, second and third pipes; and a wire one end of which is fixed to the wire drum, and the other end of which is fixed to an outer circumference of the front part of the third pipe.</p> |
