<p>PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for preventing air leakage at connection part of sintering car, which is capable of removing dropped ore in the space by injecting air into a space between sealing bar and groove installed on a side surface of sintering cars and preventing sintering defects due to air leakage by installing pressing rolls on an upper side of the sealing bar, thereby moving the sealing bar to the lower side. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a sensing part(10) comprising a sensor installed at a front part of a charging facility to sense the position between sintering cars(120) continuously rotated in a sintering line, and a fixing plate for fixing the sensor; a removal part(20) comprising a solenoid operated by a sensing signal of the sensor, a supply pipe to which the solenoid is connected, and into which air is supplied, and an air injection nozzle which is connected to an end part of the supply pipe and injects air to remove ore dropped between the sintering cars; and a pressing part(30) comprising a sealing bar installed at a connection part of the sintering cars on both side surfaces of an upper part of the sintering cars such that the sealing bar is moved to the lower side.</p> |
