PURPOSE: An ethylene-propylene block copolymer-based polypropylene resin composition is provided to secure the improved surface property, mobility, and post-processing property of the composition. CONSTITUTION: An ethylene-propylene block copolymer-based polypropylene resin composition contains the following: 70~85wt% of highly crystalline homo polypropylene with over 96% of isotactic pentad fraction rate; and 15~30wt% of ethylene propylene elastomeric copolymer with the molar rate of ethylene per ethylene plus propylene of 0.3~0.5.
