BIOMASS PRETREATMENT METHOD USING CYCLIC LIGNIN EXTRACTION REACTOR SYSTEM AND AMMONIA

PURPOSE: A circulation-type lignin extracting method for a biomass preprocessing, and an apparatus thereof are provided to decrease the consumption amount of a solvent, to reduce the temperature condition during a reaction, and to improve the pre-processing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A circulation-type lignin extracting method for a biomass preprocessing comprises the following steps: inserting a wood composite biomass into an extracting reactor; inserting 1~30wt% of ammonia solution heated to 30~170deg C to the extracting reactor, and contacting the ammonia solution with the biomass for 4~6 hours to extract lignin from the biomass; circulating an ammonia-rich lignin extract obtained from the previous step and heating to 50~60deg C; and supplying the ammonia-rich lignin extract to the first step of inserting the wood composite biomass into the extracting reactor.
