PURPOSE: A tool holding device for automatically changing a tool of a cutting machine is provided to easily replace a tool holder by enabling a worker to easily separate the tool holder from a holder bracket. CONSTITUTION: A tool holding device(100) for automatically changing a tool of a cutting machine comprises a holder bracket(110) and a tool holder(120). The holder bracket is coupled to one side of a cutting machine. The tool holder accepts one or more tools and is detachably coupled to the holder bracket through magnetic members(125). When power is applied to the tool holder, the tool holder is separated from the holder bracket.
