METHOD OF MAKING SOUND HOLE IN CASE OF CONDENSER MICROPHONE AND THE CONDENSER MICROPHONE CASE

PURPOSE: A method for forming the sound hole of a condenser microphone case and the condenser microphone case are provided to be prevented from foreign-materials by precisely controlling the size of the sound hole. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical metal case(100) includes one opened side. A component for a microphone is mounted on the opened side of the metal case. A part of the bottom side(110) of the metal case is cut. The cut side is pressed to form a sound hole(112) with a gap shape. A plurality of gaps is formed to form the sound hole. The gaps are arranged into a polygonal or a circular shape. A water repellent is coated on the upper side and the lower side of the gap.
