PURPOSE: A chamfering rotary cutter is provided to perform a chamfering process on the edge of a steel plate using a second edge if a first edge is worn away and the cutting power of the first edge is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A chamfering rotary cutter(1) is formed in the shape of a circular truncated cone. The chamfering cutter comprises a shaft insertion hole(2) and multiple cutting edge units(3). The shaft insertion hole passes through the central part. A key groove(2a) is formed on one side of the inner circumference of the shaft insertion hole. Multiple cutting edge units are formed on the outer circumference. The cutting edge unit is composed of a first edge(3a) and a second edge(3b). The first edge and the second edge are alternately formed.
