PURPOSE: An apparatus for flexible forming of a panel is provided to prevent a partial indentation on a panel by maintaining a uniform contact force of a mandrel punch over the entire part of the panel. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for flexible forming of a panel comprises a mold(110), a pressure chamber(130), and a pressure generator(140). The mold is installed on a side of a panel and can vary the surface shape to mold. The pressure chamber is installed on the other side of the panel and can bear hydrostatic pressure applied to a pressure medium. The pressure generator controls the pressure of the pressure medium in the pressure chamber.
