PURPOSE: A silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is provided to obtain excellent adhesive strength, to maintain adhesive properties of a product by maintaining high crosslinking density of a three-dimensional network structure, and to shorten curing time. CONSTITUTION: A silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises: 20-60 parts by weight of silicon gum containing an unsaturated terminal group and having viscosity of 100,000-500,000 cP at 25°C and relative humidity of 50%; 40-80 parts by weight of a MQ resin of chemical formula 1; 0.05-1.0 parts by weight of organo-hydrogen polysiloxane having an average molecular weight of 4,000-8,000 based on 100.0 parts by weight of the silicone gum and the MQ resin; and 0.1-2o parts by weight of organosiloxy titanium.
