PURPOSE: An aqueous offset ink composition for marking a character on a tire is provided to improve the work environment, and to prevent the volatilization of a solvent when being exposed to the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous offset ink composition for marking a character on a tire contains 1~50wt% of white pigment, 5~30wt% of rubber based water-soluble resin, 1~15wt% of rheology controller, 2~10wt% of wet-dispersing agent, 1~20wt% of ion exchanged water, and 1~30wt% of polar solvent. The white pigment is titanium dioxide. The rubber based water-soluble resin is a styrene butadiene rubber latex resin. |
