PURPOSE: A tool set for an artificial knee joint metathesis operation is provided to minimize the error of a surgical operation due to the inaccurate mount of a following surgical instrument unit by fixing a femur bottom breaking unit through a bonding groove on the front of the femur. CONSTITUTION: A femur front breaking unit cuts the front of the femur. The femur front breaking unit is combined in the upper end of a femur breaking guide unit which is vertically fixed to the mechanical shaft of the femur in the lower end of the femur. A femur bottom breaking unit(110) cuts the bottom of the femur. When a first combining protrusion is connected to a combining groove, the femur bottom breaking unit is fixed to the front side of femur which is cut with the femur front breaking unit. A cutting block size determining unit(120) includes a second combining protrusion and is formed in the upper rear side of the cutting block size determining unit.
