PURPOSE: A wave washer manufacturing device is provided to improve the quality of products and reduce the manufacturing time by producing a washer satisfying the design standard within a short time. CONSTITUTION: A wave washer manufacturing device comprises a fixed block(50), a first punch rod(10), a second punch rod(20), a third punch rod(30), a fourth punch rod(40), a lower plate of an upper mold(60), an upper mold(100), a first punch hole(110), a second punch hole(120), a wave section(130), a lower mold(200), and a first guide projection board. The upper mold comprises a first elastic member(70) which is interposed between the fixed block and the lower plate of the upper mold. The wave section includes wave recessed on the top surface of the lower mold. The lower part of a punched rod(220) is supported with a second elastic member(S2).
