PROCESSING METHOD AND GRINDING APPARATUS FOR LENS

PURPOSE: A processing method for a lens and a grinding device is provided to simplify grinding steps to lens cleaning process from a rough grinding process. CONSTITUTION: A processing method for a lens comprises: a step of adhering to a first surface of a precisely ground lens material using a suction holder(12b); a step of maintaining the curvature center of the first surface at an axial center of rotational center; a step of performing a second side rough grinding process(a), a second side fine grinding process(b) and a outer periphery processing process(f) where the adsorption holder keeps the adhering state; and a step of roughly grinding a second side(4b) of the lens material by a rough grinding stone.
