AFTER-SERVICE RELAY SYSTEM USING LOCATION BASE INFORMATION AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An after service relay system using location based information and a method thereof are provided to find a portable terminal of the closest OSE to the location of a client to command an AS if the client requests the AS of a product. CONSTITUTION: An MCP(Mobile Clients Program) interface(100) stores OSE(On Site Engineer) information in an OSE database(110). A service request receiver(130) generates an SPS(Service Paging Signal). A relay controlling device(150) selects OSE terminals closest to location information of a client. The relay controlling device transmits paging information to the OSE terminals. The relay controlling device transmits an AS message to an OSE terminal which responds to the paging information.
