PURPOSE: A sensing module having simple structure and an optical sensing system are provided to simplify structure of the sensing module thereby facilitating adoption of the optical sensing system. CONSTITUTION: A first light generating unit comprises light converting lens(104a,104b) transforming the first parallel beam of the first light source(102a,102b) to the first optical sheet. When it is inside of sensing area, the target object reflects part of the first light shit and generates the first reflection light. A sensing unit comprises guiding lens(106a,106b) leading the first reflection light and sensing device accepting the first reflection beam. The first reflection light beam is leaded by the guiding lens forms image of the target object on the sensing device.
