PURPOSE: An underground tunnel CCTV(Closed Circuit Television) camera for communication and ground monitor connecting device are provided to protect cable pipe with impact absorbing member, thereby protecting the optical cable from an external impact. CONSTITUTION: A penetrating member comprises a cylindrical connection drum(110), a flange, and a extending rod(130). The flange is installed on one end of the connection drum. The extending rod is installed into one body in the outer circumference of the connection drum. A cable pipe(40) is installed in a part where a underground tunnel wall penetrates. An anchor bolt(121) and a connection flange(41) is combined with a gasket for preventing water leak. An impact absorbing member(200) absorbs an impact applied to the cable pipe.
