PURPOSE: A flame-retardant sandwich panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to lighten the sandwich panel by burying Styrofoam inside the sandwich panel and to be easily and conveniently assembled. CONSTITUTION: A flame-retardant sandwich panel is composed as follows. An upper plate(110) and a lower plate(120) are attached on both surfaces of an insulating material(150). A convex part(130) is formed in one end of the insulating material. A convex part(140) is formed in the other end of the insulating material. The convex part of the other sandwich panel is inserted into the convex part.
