PURPOSE: By using the solar battery, the electro chromic materials supplies the military power of being necessary. In the external power source, for person, drive possible even if the military power is not supplied. CONSTITUTION: The first transparent electrode(102) locates in the front side transparent substrate(101). The second transparent electrode(104) locates in the back side transparent substrate(103) opposed in the front side transparent substrate. The electro chromic part(120) locates between the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode. |
