PURPOSE: A garbage collection management system and a management method thereof are provided to reduce the amount of garbage and charge collection costs of garbage transparently, thereby quickly and accurately collecting garbage. CONSTITUTION: RFID tag devices are installed in garbage collection containers(100a). A portable RFID reader(110) or a fixed RFID reader(120) recognizes information saved in the RFID tag devices. A garbage collection vehicle gauges the weight of collected garbage. A plurality of collection enterprise subsystems(130) transmits weight information of the collected garbage wirelessly. A collection enterprise main system(150) transceives information with each collection enterprise sub system.
