PURPOSE: A repeater is provided to exchange data between global input-output lines by offering a test mode which is capable of regulating the enable section of an enable signal. CONSTITUTION: A delay signal generator(1) responds to a test mode signal in order to regulate the enable section of an enable signal. A delay enable signal is generated. A global input-output driver responds to the delay enable signal and receives data from a first global input-output line in order to drive a second global input-output line. A first delaying unit(10) delays the enable signal. Logical units perform logical calculations. A second delay unit(11) delays the output signal of a first logical unit. |
