PURPOSE: A height adjustor is provided to enable a user to vary the height of the table or chairs with ease and convenience. CONSTITUTION: A height adjustor includes: an inner leg(15) which has a plurality of height adjusting holes in the longitudinal direction; an outer leg(13) which is connected so that the inner leg can be slid inwardly and comprises a fixing hole; and a height adjusting part(17) which is installed at the region near to the fixing hole of the outer leg. The height adjusting part includes: a case; a slider which has a first engaging member on its surface; a joint part which is located inside the case; a position movement part which is connected to the joint part passing through the case; and a first fixing part which is used to fix the inner leg and outer leg after passing through the case.
