PURPOSE: A wall-buried ventilation device is provided to prevent the inflow of rain from the outside and to discharge the moister from the inside smoothly. CONSTITUTION: A wall-buried ventilation device is composed a cylindrical sleeve, indoor louver assembly(100), and outdoor louver assembly. The sleeve is buried in a wall. The indoor louver assembly comprises an opening/closing part and first, second, and third control valves(121,122,123). The opening and closing part comprises a blocking piece(116) and penetration holes(117,117'). The blocking piece is formed on the circumference of the rotary shaft hole(113) in the front of the cylindrical part(111) of a cylindrical cap in a butterfly type. The penetration holes are formed on the right and the left of the blocking piece in a sector type. A stepped assembled part is formed on the circumference of the opening and closing part. The first to third control valves which block the penetration holes are sequentially axis-connected to the stepped assembled part of the opening and closing part to be able to rotate to the rotary shaft hole. The penetration hole is closed/opened while the first to third control valves are sequentially opened/closed by the control of the third control valve.
