FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: electromagnet coil assembly method involves bonding of the frame parts, each of which consists of coaxially adjacent disc and cylindrical sections. On one of the parts there laid are windings to spiral grooves. By applying the bonding agent to one of the parts, there connected are bonded parts with further application of compression force to them. Gap is left between cylindrical sections of parts. Abundant amount of bonding agent is applied in the form of circular bead to surface of disc sections of the part with the winding laid at the distance of 1/3-1/2 of radial size of disc from cylindrical section. As the bonding agent spreads, compression force is gradually increased. At that, effluent bonding agent is removed. Gap of not less than 0.25-0.5 mm is formed between cylindrical sections. Bonding agent is applied on the basis of 1-2 kg/m. Maximum compression force F=SP, where S-contact area of disc sections of parts, m2, and P=104-1.2104 Pa. ^ EFFECT: increasing mechanical strength improving bonding quality of the frame parts having irregular shape. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg |
