FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for wet cleaning of gases and may be used in systems for exhaust and treatment of converter gases. System comprises boiler-cooler with hollow scrubber installed in lower part of downtake gas flue of boiler-cooler and equipped with nozzle system of spraying, at least one Venturi tube with spraying system, drop catcher, smoke exhaust and gas flues. Hollow scrubber is equipped with partition, which separates it into downtake and lifting parts. Partition is made of L-shaped joined plates, so that angle between vertical and inclined plates makes 95-140. Nozzles of spraying system are installed in downtake and lifting part of scrubber. Axes of outlet holes of nozzles installed in lifting part of scrubber are oriented parallel to vertical axis of scrubber. In downtake part of scrubber axes of outlet holes of nozzles arranged above inclined plate of partition are oriented parallel to its plate, and axes of outlet holes of remaining nozzles installed in downtake part of scrubber are oriented parallel to vertical axis of scrubber. ^ EFFECT: using invention provides for increased efficiency of cooling and treatment of converter gases, and also reduced dimensions of the whole system as a whole. ^ 2 dwg, 2 cl
