FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry and can be applied for control of occlusive tooth surface preparation in orthopedic treatment with fixed prostheses. On three-dimensional computer model of tooth before and after preparation two markers are applied on reference points, limiting anatomical occlusive surface of tooth. By means of software within the segment, limited by selected points - markers, necessary number of sections with equal intervals between them, perpendicular to given segment and crossing tooth model in vestibule-oral direction are obtained. Representation of sections in form of contours is observed on two-dimensional images of tooth. Necessary number of characteristic sections is selected, in accordance to which in clinic control of preparation is carried out by making measurements in necessary parts of sections and, if necessary, correction of tooth preparation is performed. ^ EFFECT: method sallows to increase visibility and objectivity of control over tooth preparation. ^ 1 ex, 30 dwg |
