UNTRASONIC GENERATING METHOD AND UNTRASONIC GENERATING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An ultrasonic generating method and device are provided, which can be applied to different types of objects such as a flat board and a bent pipe by employing a high frequency ultrasonic sensor having a relatively small size. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic generating device comprises a target structure(10), a first ultrasonic generator(110), and a second ultrasonic generator(120). The first ultrasonic generator generates ultrasonic wave of a first frequency on the target structure. The second ultrasonic generator generates ultrasonic wave of a second frequency similar to the first ultrasonic wave on the target structure. The difference between the first frequency and the second frequency is extracted through beat phenomenon to measure the property of the target structure.
