PURPOSE: An expanded bead packing material for packing indoor and outdoor floors is provided to remarkably reduce construction costs and manufacturing costs and to reduce environmental contamination by blocking a volatile material. CONSTITUTION: An expanded bead packing material for packing indoor and outdoor floors comprises one or more adhesives. The adhesives are selected from expanded beads and organic or inorganic adhesive groups. The organic adhesive group comprises urethane, epoxy, acryl, silicone, natural rubber, and synthetic rubber. The inorganic adhesive group comprises water glass and cement.
