Optically active amino acid derivatives and process for the preparation thereof

PURPOSE: An optically active amino acid derivative and a method for preparing the same are provided to induce selective cutting or following modification and use as an intermediate of a synthetic peptides. CONSTITUTION: An optically active amino acid derivative compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, m is 0 or 1, R1 is hydrogen or amino protection group, and R2 forms aziridine or oxazolidinone ring with nitrogen atom or is hydroxyl methyl or hydroxycarbonyl. The amino protection group is tert-butoxycarbonyl, 1-methylbenzyl, 9-fluorenyl-methoxycarbonyl, 2-phenylethylcarbonyl, or 2,2-bis(4'-nitrophenyl)ethylcarbonyl. A method for preparing a compound of chemical formula 1a comprises: a step of reacting aryl bromide with a compound of chemical formula 2 to obtain a compound of chemical formula 3; and a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 3 with Grubb's catalyst.
