摘要 <p>Preparation of an organosilicon compound (I) comprises: protection of the hydroxy function of bromoalcohol compounds (4a) with dihydropyran to give a bromoalkyl tetrahydropyran compound (5a); coupling (5a) with trimethylsilylethynyllithium in the presence of hexamethylphosphoric triamide to obtain a bromoalkyl tetrahydropyran siloxane compound (6a); deprotecting (6a) to obtain an alcohol compound (zz); converting (zz) into a siloxane bromide compound (7a); and converting (7a) into (I) using silicon tetrachloride in the presence of magnesium. Preparation of an organosilicon compound of formula ((R) 3Si-C?=C-(CH 2) n-Si(X) 3) (I) comprises: protection of the hydroxy function of a bromoalcohol compound of formula (Br(CH 2) nOH) (4a) with dihydropyran to give a bromoalkyl tetrahydropyran compound of formula (Br(CH 2) nOtetrahydropyran) (5a); coupling of (5a) with trimethylsilylethynyllithium in the presence of hexamethylphosphoric triamide to obtain a bromoalkyl tetrahydropyran siloxane compound of formula ((R) 3Si-C?=C-(CH 2) nOtetrahydropyran) (6a); deprotecting (6a) to obtain an alcohol compound of formula ((R) 3Si-C?=C-(CH 2) nOH) (zz); converting (zz) into a siloxane bromide compound of formula ((R) 3Si-C?=C-(CH 2) nBr) (7a); and converting (7a) into (I), preferably alpha , omega -alkynyltrihalosilane using silicon tetrachloride in the presence of magnesium (Grignard reaction). R : 1-4C alkyl, preferably methyl ethyl, butyl or phenyl; n : 8-25, preferably 8-20; and X : halo or OR1, preferably X is Cl, F, Br or I.</p>
