FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to esterification reactor of circulation type. Reactor comprises heating device 10, evaporator 20 and drive 30 with supply from external source, besides heating device 10 includes heating reactor 11 with coil of vertical type, in which exhaust nozzle of heating reactor 11 is connected to specified evaporator 20, and lower part of heating reactor 11 is connected to drive 30 with supply from external source; evaporator 20 comprises reaction vessel 28, in which upper part of reaction vessel 28 is upper zone of evaporation 21; lower part of reaction vessel 28 is lower reaction zone 24; reaction vessel 28 has exhaust nozzle for steam phase 22 in its upper part and exhaust nozzle 25 for reaction material on its lower side surface; bottom of reaction vessel 28 is connected to drive 30 with supply from external source; and drive 30 is mechanical drive with supply from external source installed beyond the limits of evaporator 20, and is accordingly connected to heating device 10 and evaporator 20, in order to integrate esterification reactor of circulation type into closed circuit of circulation, besides drive 30 is arranged in the form of side and axial drive. ^ EFFECT: development of esterification reactor of circulation type for production of bis-hydroxyethyl terephthalate (BHET), esterifying ethylene glycol (EG) and p-terephthalic acid (PTA). ^ 15 cl, 1 ex, 1 dwg |
