PURPOSE: An internal voltage controlling circuit is provided to prevent the level variation of the internal voltage by maintaining the back-bias voltage in a ground-voltage level and reducing a gate-induced-drain-leakage. CONSTITUTION: A test controlling signal generator(10) includes a pull-up driver, a pull-down driver, a latch unit, and a buffering unit. A pumping unit(20) pumps an internal voltage. The pumping unit stops pumping the internal voltage in response with a test controlling signal which is enabled while all word-line are tested. A level-shifter is received the test controlling signal which swings between an external voltage and a power voltage and outputs a signal which swings between the external voltage and the internal voltage. |
