FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ferrous metallurgy, particularly to production of agglomerate out of agglo-charge containing over 60 % of fine fractions of agglo-charge (FFA) less 0.1 mm. The procedure for preparing agglo-charge to agglomerating consists in nucleation, in supplying agglo-charge into a pelletiser and in nuclei after-pelletising. When share of fine fractions of iron ore part of agglo-charge of less, than 0.1 mm, is over 60% of consumption of total charge, before supply to the pelletiser fractions are supplied to a roll crusher with flat surface of rollers and are compressed producing nuclei in form of dry strong compressed plates of increased density. They are mixed with other fractions of agglo-charge and after-pelletised jointly. ^ EFFECT: intensified process of nucleation, increased strength of pellets and increased efficiency of pelletiser and agglo-machines due to reduced share of fine fractions in agglo-charge. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex |
