The method involves dairy whey preparation, boiling therein Japan laminaria in an amount of 1-25% of the whey volume during 10-30 min, cooling, filtering, addition of a flavouring agent represented by a water solution of sugar or culinary salt to the filtrate and pasteurisation. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for the method simplification and increase of the drink nutritious value. |
