READ CONTROL SIGNAL GENERATION CIRCUIT AND DATA OUTPUT CIRCUIT USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A read control signal generation circuit and a data output circuit using the same are provided to block the generation of leak current by turning off an inverter of a multiplexer after the read operation is terminated by the read control signal enabled during the read operation section. CONSTITUTION: An enable signal generator(20) generates a plurality of enable signals by being inputted with a read pulse signal and a bust termination signal. A transfer unit(22) transfers one chosen form a plurality of enable signals in response to the cas latency signal. A read control signal output unit(24) outputs the read control signal in response to the read pulse signal and the output enable signal. A read control signal is enabled during the read operation section.
