PURPOSE: A tire protecting belt is provided to protect the tire of a dump truck using a chain as a tire protecting unit. CONSTITUTION: A tire protecting belt comprises a chain(h) and an elastic protection unit(e). The chain is connected to make a belt. The elastic protection unit is formed outside the chain. The tire protecting belt is formed from rubber, silicon and urethane. The chain plays a role of increasing the durability. The elastic protecting unit protects the chain and a tire drum.
