The method involves treating a request by software applications (A1-Ak) associated with a target service. A response entity is generated at the request. The response entity is transmitted via a communication channel selected from a set of communication channels (C1-Cn). A software information object with a digital signature file is generated, where the signature file accesses and activates a request collection step and the request treating step. The response entity generation and/or transmission step is performed under the condition of a state of the signature file. An independent claim is also included for an informatic system for treating a request in an entity.
