PURPOSE: A coil resistance device for a railway vehicle is provided to prevent the damage of an insulator by improving the mechanical strength of an insulator. CONSTITUTION: A coil(200) is wound in a saw blade insulator. An insulator(300) is fixed to a fixed frame. The fixed frame(400) is fixed to a base. A coil bracket is formed in both ends of the coil. An insulator bracket(310) is fixed to the insulator with the fixed bracket. A fixing bolt detachably combines the coil bracket and the insulator bracket. The fixed frame and the base are made of a synthetic resin. The saw blade insulator and the insulator comprise ceramics of 30~40 wt% and zirconia of 60~70 wt%. |
