PURPOSE: A biosensor with multi-layered structure is provided to control forming height, inner structure and composition of the polymer multi-layered thin film. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor comprises: a substrate, a sensor array placed on the substrate, and a polymer layer formed on the sensor array. The sensor array comprises first and second sensor array. A polymer layer on the first sensor array has different height from the polymer layer of the second sensor array. The sensor array contains the biomarker.
