PURPOSE: An exercise device is provided to enable a user to exercise both the arms, legs, wrists and vertebra. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device includes: a base plate(110); a stepper(120) which is fixed on the upper side of the base plate; a pillar(130) which stands on the base plate and is fixed on the stepper; a slide member(140) wherein the lower part is inserted within the pillar, a gas-type shock absorber(150) is combined, the upper part is exposed to the top part of the pillar, and a tapping hole is formed at the upper end; a fixing lever which is screwed in the lateral part of the pillar and fixes the slide member; and a handle rod(160) which is mounted on the upper end of the slide member using a joint member.
