PURPOSE: An electronic paper display device capable of obtaining a charged particle which particle distribution diagram is small and a manufacturing method thereof, and a structure thereof are provided to use electrolyte, thereby improving a particle adsorption force. CONSTITUTION: An upper substrate(110) and a lower substrate(120) is arranged to face each other in predetermined interval. An upper electrode(130) and a lower electrode(140) is formed to inscribe with the lower substrate and the upper substrate. A partition wall divides pixels in between the upper electrode and the lower electrode. The partition wall forms a cell. An charged particles(160,170) is filled between the partition walls.
