STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR MICROSTRIP TRANSMISSION LINE IN HIGH FREQUENCY

PURPOSE: A structure and a method for a microstrip transmission line in high frequency is provided to improve the degree of freedom in designing a circuit by forming the height of the device different according to element definition regions. CONSTITUTION: A microstrip transmission pattern is formed on a substrate. The microstrip transmission pattern comprises an element definition region. A ground pattern is faced with the microstrip transmission pattern. The ground pattern is formed in the lower part of the substrate. The heights between of the microstrip transmission patterns and the ground patterns are different according to element definition regions.
