PURPOSE: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamp and a non-slip for a stairway thereof are provided to prevent the slipping of a pedestrian by forming an uneven part on the upper surface of a transparent plate. CONSTITUTION: A case(110) is made of a semi-transparent synthetic resin material. A transparent part(120) is formed in the upper surface of the case. The transparent part includes a reflection part and a LED mounting groove. The LED mounting groove is formed in the bottom surface center of the reflection part. A luminance material is filled in a space between the case and the transparent part. The luminance material comprises fuse paint for fixing the case and the transparent part. A transparent plate is arranged on the transparent part. A concavo-convex part is formed on the upper surface of the transparent plate.
